l’évolution de la Chine engendre une demande constante de travailleurs pour construire de nouvelles villes destinées à la classe moyenne émergente. Un flux de travailleurs migrants venu de Chine occidentale et centrale espère prospérer dans la plus riche partie orientale du littoral. La plupart des travailleurs migrants finissent par travailler et vivre dans des conditions insalubres sur ces chantiers. L’argent gagné est envoyé au village d’où ils viennent. La plupart des travailleurs migrants travaillent sans contrat. Recevoir un petit salaire et acquérir un appartement semble irréalisable, pour le moment ils ne peuvent respirer que la poussière.
As the changing China is in constant demand of workers to build new cities for the emerging wealthy middleclass, a whole flux of migrant workers from western and central China seeks prosperity in the more rich eastern coastal part of China. Most of the migrant workers end up working and living years in unhealthy conditions on these construction sites. The money earned is being sent back to the village where they come from. If they already get payed, because most of the migrant workers work without any contract. Receiving a small salary, acquiring an appartment seems unachievable, so for the moment they can only breath the dust.
