In the past 17 years Timor Leste has gone through major changes in recovering from 400 years of Portuguese colonisation and 25 years of Indonesian occupation. Today the country is fighting once again for peace still undermined by internal political conflicts and the stagnant presence of an entire guerrilla educated generation.
