Les soigneurs, fidèles du Dieu Tee Hoo Ong Yah, utilisent les principes d’entrée en transe et d’incarnation de l’esprit du dieu à l’intérieur d’une chaise (représentant son trône), faits observés également lors de festivals taoïstes dédiés à ce Dieu. Ces soins ne sont réapparus que depuis seulement an an en Malaisie, provenant d’un autre pays qui était jusqu’alors le seul à l’utiliser:le Sultanat de Brunei.
These "trainers," followers of the god Tee Hoo Ong Yah, use trance and a chair incarnating the spirit of the god (it represents his throne,) during the Taoist festivals which honour him. These special treatments have only been around for a year in Malaysia, coming from Brunei, which up till now was the only country to practise them.
