#115Bourgogne – 2001. Le CHRS (Centre d’Hébergement et de Réinsertion Sociale) de la Croix Rouge est un foyer d’urgence pour femmes. Composer le 115 signifie nulle part où aller. Stérile et loin d’être accueillant, cet endroit est pourtant devenu la maison de 21 femmes.L’atmosphère oppressante des lieux leur rappelle sans cesse la situation instable dans laquelle elles sont. Même si à l’intérieur de la structure elles sont souvent ensemble, les regards ne trompent pas. Ces femmes ont en commun la solitude. En prenant la décision de composer le 115, elles choisissent aussi de prendre un nouveau départ.Ce projet est un instant de leur vie. Un long moment entre doutes et reconstruction.
Run by the Red Cross, this refuge is for women in emergency situations. Dialling #115 means nowhere else to go. Sterile and clinical, this place is far from being welcoming yet became home for 21 women who had no other choice. The oppressive atmosphere of the place reminds them constently their situation. Often together inside the refuge, these women have in common to be on their own. Their live is an everyday struggle.
Taking the decision of dialing 115, they also choose to take a new start in life. This project is a moment caught in their life, about women trapped between uncertainty and reconstruction.
