I remember my first trip to the state of Palestine, a country I imagined only through its notorious stereotypes. I took the bus at Damas Gate, in Jerusalem. When I crossed the Qalandia security fortress, we were still in the middle of the night. Moments later, I got to the Al Manara Place. I was at Ramallah to produce a report about the Al Kamandjati music school. At the same time, I started to photograph the city with my cellphone. Small scenes of the streets captured because of my wanderings.
Is Ramallah a normal city?
