Dislocated by the armed conflict that has been gnawing off Colombia for 60 years and abandoned by their government, whole families sink into misery and delinquency. Right at the heart of Bogota and two blocks away from the Presidential Palace the « Cartucho » neighbourhood becomes their shelter.
