Every year, the Circulation (s) festival, launched by the Fetart association in 2011, invites to discover young European photography. Its vocation is to bring out talents and create a European network of photographers. Many internationally recognized photographers whose works are exhibited all over the world, awarded by numerous prizes and grants, started at Circulation (s). Thus, during ten years of existence, the festival presented more than 400 artists and welcomed more than 320,000 visitors of all ages.

This work constitutes the catalog for the 2020 edition of the festival, placed under the artistic direction of Audrey Hoareau, around a major exhibition (from March 12 to June 2020 at the Cenquatre in Paris) bringing together 42 European photographers (19 men and 23 women) from 16 nationalities. Social engagement, visual explorations of science, political questions about Brexit or the rise of nationalism: young photographers are questioning the world by original writings mixing conceptual and documentary approaches.

This book will be useful for both photography amateurs and professionals. The work of each artist is presented with a selection of images, a biography and an analysis of their production.
