L’œilleton inversé, la prison vidée et ses bleus

This post is also available in: French

The “L’oeilleton inversé, la prison et ses bleus” exhibition is the outcome of Arnaud Théval’s exchange with prison gardners since 2011, the year in which he started residing at the E.N.A.P, as he followed their formation as well as their integration at the prison center.
Meanwhile, Arnaud Théval showcases his pictures taken during the decentralization of the prison center. He entered old prisons a couple of hours before their closure and the inmates’ departure in order to immortalize the place and detention conditions as well as leaving a mark for these abandonned places, replaced by recent establishments.
