Ishinomaki – 4 to 6 month after the tsunami’s desaster of march 11th. After many days walking arround the town, after spent times with the victims and heared theirs stories, after taken documentary photography that show directly horror and destruction, it’s still very hard to continue to watch. “Ishinomaki utter darkness“ shows most affected places under sporadic lights. Town is sleeping, Streets are black. Outlines stand out. Sometime photographies suggest almost normality where only few details remember us the situation. Hiding reality or showing in an over way, photography get us onto watching deeper. She introduce in spite of myself symbollic notion of disquiet.
