3 photographes s’associent autour des 25 ans de la catastrophe de Bhopal en Inde, le 3 décembre 1984. Cette catastrophe continue de faire des victimes, notamment car l’eau a été contaminée par les pesticides de l’usine de l’Union Carbide. Cette campagne a pour but de médiatiser la situation actuelle des victimes, qui n’ont toujours pas d’eau potable en quantité suffisante et attendent encore des aides financières et le jugement de Warren Anderson, ex PDG d’Union Carbide. Dow Chemicals, qui a racheté UC, n’a toujours pas pris entière responsabilité de son rachat, notamment le financement total du nettoyage de l’usine…
BHOPAL XXV:
3 photographers gathered to commemorate the 25 years of Bhopal disaster, India, on december 3, 1984. This disaster still makes thousend of victims, due to the contamination of the water due to the pesticides of the Union Carbide factory. The goal of this campain is to inform about the actual situation of the victims, who do not have drinking water in sufficient quantity, and still wait for financial help and judgment of Warren Anderson, the ex-chairman of union Carbide. Dow Chemicals, which has bought Union Carbide, has never taken the respnsability of his purchase, in particular the financement nedeed to clean the factory…
