Le 8 mars 2013, l’exposition l’Une & l’Autre présentait les premiers travaux photographiques des participantes aux ateliers de récits photographiques animés par 100 Voix ! au sein de structures d’accueils de l’association Aurore.
Deux ans après, à l’occasion de la parution d’un objet unique tiré à 500 exemplaires des douze premiers numéros de la collection des Carnets de Route, la galerie FAIT & CAUSE vient d’exposer leurs auteures ainsi que certaines photographies de la quinzaine de Carnets en cours de réalisation.
Dirigés par Sarah Moon et José Chidlovsky ces ateliers sont ouverts aux victimes de l’exclusion accueillies par l’association Aurore.
Tantôt l’une, tantôt l’autre, ces femmes blessées se réapproprient leur identité au fil de l’élaboration de leurs récits dont l’authenticité se révèle dans chacune de leurs photographies.

Elle a pour objet l’apprentissage du récit par l’image (photo et vidéo) afin de permettre aux personnes en situation d’exclusion et de précarité accueillies par Aurore de se reconstruire et de recouvrer leur propre identité. S’adressant au public pris en charge par l’association Aurore, Cent Voix ! se consacre à des hommes et des femmes en marge du tissu social, du fait de problèmes psychiques, sanitaires ou matériels. 100 Voix ! : l’exclusion et la précarité racontées par celles et ceux qui la vivent.
Afin de permettre à cette population marginalisée de retrouver confiance en elle et de reprendre pleinement sa place dans la société, la reconstruction et l’appropriation de l’image de soi est un enjeu incontournable. Two years later, on the occasion of the publication of a limited run of 500 copies of the first twelve issues of the collection Carnets de Route, the FAIT & CAUSE gallery will show the works of the photographers as well as certain photos from the dozen Carnets currently being prepared.
Run by Sarah Moon and José Chidlovsky, these workshops are open to the victims of social ostracism who are taken in by the Aurore association.
One by one, these women, to whom life has not been kind, win back their identities as they relate their stories, the truth of which cannot be doubted when looking at their photos.

Is an association founded in January 2012 on the initiative of the association Aurore.
Its aim is to allow people on the fringe of society, cared for by Aurore, to rebuild themselves and to regain possession of their own identities by relating their experience by visual means, whether photographic or video.  Catering to those within Aurore, Cent Voix ! is dedicated to men and women living on the edge of society, whether it be due to psychological problems, poor health or poverty.   100 Voix ! : Precarity and exclusion related by those at the centre of the problem.
