As children we might not know that home stretches much further than what we explore in our every day’s routine. But at one point in our lives we become aware of the presence of whole worlds of people whose experience is very different than our own.
At which point in our lives do we realize: not everyone has the equal chance and the equal choice in life, not everyone has the same piece? When do we lose this illusion and can not anymore overlook the fact that majority of humans are simply struggling to survive?

These are my children with their friends, enjoying the beautiful remote place in Laurentians, enjoying the innocence and the illusion. How long will the illusion last?
